MS Word Shortcuts

If you want to work faster with MS word, then you need to know all the useful shortcuts. MS Word have various shortcut keys based on the keyboard and the mouse.

Mouse Shortcuts

Shortcut Description
Double click on a word Selects the word
Triple click on a paragraph Selects a Paragraph
Double click on any blank space Moves the cursor to the location
Single Click on the blank space at the begining of a line Selects the complete line

Keyboard Shortcuts

Ctrl+A Select all contents of the document.
Ctrl+B Bold selected text.
Ctrl+C Copy selected text.
Ctrl+D Opens the font preferences window.
Ctrl+E Aligns the selected text to the center of the screen.
Ctrl+F Opens find window.
