Shortcuts in Microsoft Word

If you want to work faster with MS word, then you need to know all the useful shortcuts. MS Word have various shortcut keys based on the keyboard and the mouse.
Mouse Shortcuts

Double click on a word | Selects the word |
Triple click on a paragraph | Selects a Paragraph |
Double click on any blank space | Moves the cursor to the location |
Single Click on the blank space at the begining of a line | Selects the complete line |
Keyboard Shortcuts

Ctrl+J | Aligns the selected text to justify the screen. |
Ctrl+K | Insert a hyperlink. |

Ctrl+M | Indent a paragraph. |
Ctrl+N | Opens a new blank document. |
Ctrl+O | Opens the dialog box to open an existing file. |
Ctrl+P | Opens the print window. (also Ctrl+Shift+F12) |
Ctrl+R | Aligns the selected text to the right of the screen. |
Ctrl+S | Save the current document. |
Ctrl+T | Shift the hanging indent. |
Ctrl+U | Underline the selected text. |

Ctrl+Shift+A | Capitalize the selected text. |

Ctrl+Shift+F | Opens Font window. |
Ctrl+Shift+L | Create a bullet point. |
Ctrl+Shift+> | Increase font size of selected text to by 1pts up to 12pt and then increase font size by 2pts. |
Ctrl+] | Increase selected font size by 1pts. |
Ctrl+Shift+< | Decrease font size of selected text to by 1pts if it is below 12pt else decrease font size by 2pts. |
Ctrl+Left | arrow Moves the cursor one word to the left. |
Ctrl+Right arrow | Moves the cursor one word to the right. |
Ctrl+Up arrow | Moves the cursor to the beginning of the line or paragraph. |
Ctrl+Down arrow | Moves the cursor to the end of the paragraph. |
Ctrl+Del | Deletes word to right of cursor. |
Ctrl+Backspace | Deletes word to left of cursor. |
Ctrl+End | Moves the cursor to the end of the document. |
Ctrl+Home | Moves the cursor to the beginning of the document. |
Ctrl+Spacebar | Reset highlighted text to the default font style. |
Ctrl+1 | Change line spacing to Single-space lines. |
Ctrl+2 | Change line spacing to Double-space lines. |
Ctrl+5 | Change line spacing to 1.5-line. |

Ctrl+Shift+= | Set selected text as superscript. |
